We are already at episode 15. In today's episode, we are going to dive in on what the Unmask 30-day challenge is all about. This is a challenge where every coach needs to use it, needs to implement it in their lives in order to claim their spotlight. Okay? So today's episode is fun because this is one of the intellectual properties that I created back in June, and this has been a wonderful experience that I decided to create a challenge for you, divas, in order for you to also execute this. Okay? So think for a moment. How many times have you held back from posting something that you think or might be too much, too raw or too messy, or even too controversial? You go back and you think, should I really post this? You edit, you delete, then you convince yourself that maybe I will hold on it or I'll share it later. And then you hide behind pretty branding, you know, those brands that you bought the templates, you really chat GBT'd the captions and all of these amazing cute codes that really they look aesthetically pleasing. I mean, I'm not gonna lie, they do. Because, you know, it feels safer for letting people see that part of you instead of seeing the real story that you want to share. And what happens? That these pretty posts, they're cute and everything, but they don't make you wealthy. Why? Because they don't build empires, they don't build personal brands, they don't set you apart in a space that is already oversaturated. It's getting pretty boring. I mean, let's think for a moment. When you scroll on IG, it gets boring seeing the same things, people seeing the same topics, it's just it's getting too much. And that's what when you begin to think about and you become to realize that hey, how can I set myself apart, right? And the nice part is that the scars that you have, your darkest lessons, that becomes your unapologetic truth. That's what makes you unforgettable. And that, my love, is why I created the unmask 30-day challenge is for you to use it to your advantage and be the woman that the world needs to see. Okay? So let me tell you a little bit the backstory of this unmask challenge and why I created it actually. Back in June, I decided to prepare an experiment. I was thinking, hmm, how can I be different? How can I really set the tone and share some vulnerable posts that I really wanted to share some stories, but I wanted it to reflect the wisdom, right? The nuggets that I gained throughout this experience. So I dared myself to show up in a way that is actually terrifying. I tried to unmask the story and really post what came to mind, but it was very controversial. And when I decided to do this, I know that I might get some backlash, or I will get some amazing results and some positive feedback. And I got basically almost everything was positive. Maybe a few people were like, oh my god, Jamie, seriously, this happened. And I mean, they know who these persons are, but I was not going to go into details. I decided to that remains between me and that person, or that persons, and I will just share the lessons. And that's what happens when you share raw and messy and controversial truths. These lessons are actually what makes you apart because you got the courage to share in the most vulnerable way, but you shared the nuggets, right? The wisdom that was extracted out of these lessons. And that's what makes you powerful. That's what makes a woman become a leader and really disrupt the internet with your authentic self, actually by being yourself. And let me tell you something. The results blew me away. I was like, wow, okay, I'm finally being seen for my truth, not just for what I sell or my products or my services, but for who I am, my thoughts, right? And the engagement, oof, that was just next level. It really, really was a positive moment for me during that June that I really thought, like, okay, I got this. And my audience leaned closer, and most importantly, they started to really see how I am setting the stage by activating my voice and stepping into my true leadership. And that's when I knew this is just not a content, this is a challenge that will be in set in stone for a movement, actually. So that's when I realized hey, we're making moves. Not only is this intellectual property, but we are also creating a movement empowering other women to really set the stage for themselves by on masking and sharing their truths. And that's a movement that you create, and that's something very powerful because that sets you apart. So let's break it down what the Onmask 30 Day Challenge is all about. And it's something that you don't find easily on the internet, so it's not something you can Google because I created from scratch, and this is based on all the inner work that I've done in the past, past experiences, courses that I took, books that I read, and embodying my purpose into this amazing challenge. So, what you will get is that you get 30 days, right? 30 days of journal prompts, and 50% of this challenge is about inner work. And this is where you share your deep lessons, the shadows, the controversial truths, the healing that you've walked through. The things that most people avoid talking about because they fear of judgment. And then the other 50% is about your zone of genius, and that's where you really take those lessons and you weave them into your brands, your content, your posts, and your authority as a thought leader. Now, the nice part of this is that you choose your platform, either it's on IG or on Facebook or on YouTube, whatever you decide, as long as you prepare yourself, because you get a portal where you get like about a week for you to prepare. And then from there, that's when you begin the 30 days. So it's basically like a five-week challenge that you commit to yourself and it's a self-pace, everything's in the portal. And this is when you set the stage that you're going to be a different, you're going to make impact in your community by showing up as you do the inner work. Okay. Because when you combine your raw and your truth and your unique way of thinking, that's when you become unforgettable. That's when you become, hey, she is just not another coach. She is the coach in her industry. That's when you stop being just another coach, right? And you step into the role of leader. And that's the main goal of this: for you to really show up authentically. And it's not about just being vulnerable. This is a strategic move. And it's about strategic unmasking, turning your lived experiences into intellectual property. And this is a strength that your brand and your offer ecosystem is well aware of because you are just being you, but you're also being strategic about it, right? This is when you weave into these information that you incorporate them into your brand and your offer acoustic system. Again, this is where most coaches miss. They think that they need to copy someone's else's strategy, someone's else look, someone else's content formula. But what you actually have to be doing is preparing and working on your intellectual property. And here's the thing: everyone can copy your style. I've said this multiple times, but nobody can ever copy what your soul has experienced and has lived through. That's yours. That's your intellectual property. So think about it. Let's set myself as an example. My burnout story became the foundation of the diva methods. Okay, that's one of my intellectual property services products, the diva method. And then my betrayal in business became part of my Luxada mentorship. This is where my teachings came in on teaching on trust, boundaries, authority, spirituality, and how to build a business, but one that attracts organic marketing, one that really, really lets you be you and express all of the experiences that you went through, but also sharing the wisdom and crafting your framework and sharing this into your course. So you're not just randomly helping people blindly, you are following a core framework or you're following a method that you have worked on and then you have shared, and this becomes your program, and this is a long-term mentorship that you can follow. And even as my journey as a mom raising a neurodiverse child while I was building a business, this was one of very hard things that I needed to experience in my lifetime. But this is one of the most amazing experiences that I also share very openly because it became a perspective on how to raise a neurodiverse child, but also the experiences that we go through as moms. Okay. So those lessons didn't just make who I am, they became part of my offer ecosystem that I talk about and becomes something that you live through. They live inside my coaching programs, my programs, and my mentorship. This is all intertwined, and that's exactly what I want you to see. Your deepest truths are not just content, they are your assets, they are what makes your brand untouchable. Okay. And this is the best part that comes up now is that the cost of joining is free. There's no cost, it's totally free, it's a free challenge. Now, the cost of you not joining, let's flip it, let's talk about the cost of staying masked. That's the opposite. No, you are creating quality freebies that attract clients that says, Wow, she really made an effort, and now I'm going to work on this in order for me to step up my game. And that's what I want you to see. That's why I created this because I want you to know that yes, I've spent a long time working on this course, actually, because it's a course and it's elite matic, but it's a course because it's in a portal. But I really dedicated the time to go and focus and really think okay, how can I make this different? What are these life experiences that I went through, and how can I share this? And how can we all benefit from this experience? So, yes, going back by keeping yourself safe, that's vanilla content. We don't want that, right? And again, the biggest cost is that you will gamble with the one thing you can never get back, and that's the time. That's the cost of you not joining. Every day you stay silent about your truth. It's a day your audience doesn't really know you, right? It's a day your ideal client doesn't recognize you as a leader that they've been looking for. And I say this, wow, with a very, very open mind, because I mean I've been there. I've been there that I stopped posting, and I just go into this rabbit hole of overthinking, and then you come to realize that why am I going through all of this? This is completely unnecessary, literally, because there's other ways of posting that you don't need to see your face. You can go by carousels if you want to, because that's how you share your knowledge, your wisdom. So, again, those are excuses that we as humans are very good at, right? And every day that passes a day of opportunities that we let go by because we chose to play small. And diva, that's the cost you cannot afford. This is your wealthy era. This is where you begin to set the stage and really say, okay, I am ready. I'm ready to be disruptive in my space on the internet, share my stories from the vulnerable place, but also very highly intellectual because you are a highly intellectual and high-value woman. You know that. Yes, you are, and you will be amazing by sharing your truth, your thinking, you are creating all of these contents that comes from within. Okay, so let me know how that goes. I really will love to see how you implement this into your own content. Okay, there I'm gonna share a mini story here. And for a long time I've thought, you know, about my burnout story. I used to think that it made me look so weak, I didn't want to admit that I had completely lost myself actually, and my income for over two years. That was just pure madness. But when I finally shared it, do you know what happened? Hmm, what do you think? People really, really resonated. They leaned in and they said, Wow, I feel seen. You are so brave. That's exactly what I went through, but not so severe. But they experienced life in one way or another. And not only did it build this connection, but it also builds an authority because I've experienced it and I came out of it, and now I can talk about it. Because my audience also realized that this isn't just a coach who talks about the wins, she also talks about what and how she went through the fire, right? This is a mentor who has walked through the fire and rebuilt from the ashes, and that's amazing because when I think, yeah, she is a mentor who has walked through the fire and rebuilt from the ashes. That was one of my fellow students that said that yes, my mentor went through all of that. I'm like, mm-hmm. And that's when you say, Okay, I feel good that I shared because there's resonation. Yeah. So think about it for a second. As you think, right? How can I set myself apart? And this is when you begin to realize, okay, I can do big things, right? And if you're a female entrepreneur that you're completely ready to disrupt the online space, and you're really looking to not be vanilla anymore, you're ready to stop blending in and finally get seen for your unique gifts.
