Are you chasing goals or are you becoming the woman who digs deep and claim them? What are we talking about today? Of course, let's be a gold digger. That's the ultimate goal of being a high value woman, and today's topic is going to dig deep. We're going to talk about the difference between someone who takes out notes, put these on a notepad, going through all of these life events that we really want to accomplish, but not having a solid plan, versus someone who builds her entire life around embodying these amazing goals that you want to accomplish, and that's what I call a gold digger. Yeah, a gold digger, and no, not the kind of gold digger people joke about, you know, those who are chasing money, chasing titles and whatnot, but I mean whatever makes you happy, right? Of course, we are chasing the dream, but we are also crushing our goals Because, let's be honest with ourselves, money does bring happiness and, yeah, if we're chasing money, it's because we know that we can make money, right? So I'm talking about the woman who knows her vision is non-negotiable. That's the woman who digs deep and one who really taps into her energy, her aura. She is regulated and she doesn't want to diminish her light because she knows that she is the bomb, right? So one who does not set these goals that you want you know that this is something that you cannot run away from and one who regulates her energy is one who accomplish her goals, who doesn't just set goals, but she lives them. She lives them fiercely.
Speaker 1:Okay, so today, as we dive deep into becoming a goal digger, I want to paint a picture of you, right? Let's think for a second. Let's envision yourself for a minute and look at the old ways that you used to think and run your business. Or, let's make it simple, how you were before you became known, for you know, taking the time to establish what you want to accomplish, either building your amazing business or, just in simple terms, taking the decision to become what you want to become, which is a successful entrepreneur, or cleaning your lineage, healing your lineage and these is what we called the old way, right, the old way of going about setting these goals that you want to accomplish, versus the gold digger way. Okay, so we're going to go here and talk about this for a second. And let's make it simple. We are starting a new quarter in October and, if you notice, in the past episodes I talk about this, I think in about two or three episodes, the last ones, which is 11 and 12, and even 13, I believe about goal setting.
Speaker 1:Why? Because it's very, very, very important to have these systems and processes in place in order for you to feel calm, feel regulated and make it happen, and that's why I dedicated these past episodes on talking about this because it's very, very crucial for you to know your old ways of running your business, but also feeling lost and not being in the present moment versus what is possible for you when you decide to go all in, when you decide to crush those goals, when you decide to make a plan, to follow a strategy with a regulated nervous system. That's the big, big difference here. Yes, you can have these goals in place, but if your system is not regulated, if your system is not prepared to receive wealth, it's going to be very difficult for you to navigate this. So that's why I dedicate my time into going through these processes and talking about these methods and all of this amazing content that we're putting out there and bringing light upon, because I know that it will help you. I've been there when I've set amazing goals, but I didn't crush them because I didn't follow the gold diggers way or, in simple way, I did not write them down and really made an effort to go all in and follow through those goals without feeling scattered or feeling overwhelmed. I did place those goals and I did accomplish them, but at what cost? A burnout method that was what the cost was Feeling all over the place and not feeling regulated, feeling very burned out because I was not being mindful of my time, my time management, but also having too much on my plate and having a lot of taps open.
Speaker 1:Okay, so, going back as we start this new quarter, and you write these amazing goals, sometimes we tend to write a lot Thinking about it now. Sometimes we write different goals. Actually, these can be business goals, fitness, we write in family money goals, self-care goals, and when we begin to write these down, we become all over the place scattered. That's the old way, right? You just write this down. We become all over the place scattered. That's the old way, right? You just write this down. You put your goals, your energy is scattered everywhere and guess what happens? Did you move the needle? None, right, because you just placed these goals and had no real strategy behind it.
Speaker 1:And every quarter you end up being frustrated or exhausted because you have so many goals but you didn't fully complete them. And then you become worried because you feel guilty. And then becomes a whole vicious cycle, right? And then you're doing busy work instead of not really actually doing the work, and then you become stressed and we all know how this turns out to be. So let's focus. Focus on what can be possible.
Speaker 1:Now that you know and you realize, hey, there's a different way you begin to place these emotions and this energy into seeking new ways on how to be more productive. And that's when the gold diggers method comes in. And hey, now you're learning to slow down. You're learning to have less goals but more actionable items, where you are placing tasks and subtasks and actually delegating these subtasks and you are crushing your goals. But you're delegating, which causes less stress and they're using your actual brain. That's why you're a coach, that's why you're a mentor, that's why you are in your zone of genius. You are delegating your mind, your expertise, for others, for example, a VA or assistant, to execute them, and you stay in your zone of genius creating the content. You can write the content down if that's one of your goals. You're writing content every week and then you're letting your VA execute them into Canva and schedule them and post them. You just approve them.
Speaker 1:That's when clarity comes in, that's when your focus becomes on point, and it means that you are being fierce and protective of the energy because you are prioritizing your time. That's what a gold digger does, and when that shift happens, everything changes. This is when your identity becomes the main character of your energy, what we call the main character energy. You become more aware of another way of doing business. So the old way versus the new way, which, which is being a gold digger. And a true gold digger doesn't do more, she becomes more, she becomes the center of her attention and, mind you, you see where I place that emphasis the center of her attention because she is one who is really taking the moment to prioritize her mental health, her energy.
Speaker 1:What I called living in a soft life era and it is all possible, I mean, hello, it's really really something that you just need to plan out and be strategic about. And I remember when I started my journey is that I wanted to really be known for my gifts and, of course, I was all over the place. I had no energy until I decided that I don't want to live like that anymore. And, of course, the burnout really made an impact in my life. The burnout really made a impact in my life and I decided to focus on my identity and shift this energy into becoming the gold digger actually a gold digger and I asked myself what do I need to do to become a gold digger? But also, who do I need to become in order to achieve this? And in the book of Atomic Habits they talk about this. I think in the first few chapters that you need to establish brand identity, and this is when the identity becomes your main character. Energy is who you want to become, and this becomes very important because think about it for a second If you set a goal right and, for example, you want to place a goal that you want your income to be doubled, and your identity is still tied to being the woman who undercharges and over delivers, we've all been there and that goal will always slip through your fingers, right. Think a moment.
Speaker 1:Was this a case in the past for you? Yeah right, I mean, for me, it was for sure for many years. I remember my first coaching package. I just charged, I believe. Let me think how much was it? Again, it was, I think, not even $2,000 for 12 sessions. And I was like, oh my God, why did I do that? I mean, I have all the credentials, I have everything in place, and this was a one-on-one actually, and it was for 12 weeks. But again, I was starting out, but I had the credentials. It's just I didn't believe in what I was capable of. And then I decided to really, really be mindful of my goals, and that's when the inner conviction really became a priority. Conviction really became a priority and slowly I was becoming the woman of my dreams and the woman who really sets the tone, and what we call nowadays a high value woman. That's what I wanted to be and that's what I am actually and that's what I teach inside my programs.
Speaker 1:The goddesses that follows through on what they say they're going to do and follow their sole purpose, those are the ones that make it in life because, again, you are following what is meant to be yours, and being wealthy is a birthright. It's something that you decide that is possible and you make it happen because you are taking the time to crush your goals and be an important part of your life right, and you are charging what you are worth. You're charging what you believe in. You're charging for your services. You are not over delivering too much in the sense that you are going through a stressful moment of not prioritizing your mental health because you are doing way too much, and all of that happens is because there's no structure in place. So we've all been through that, but that's not you anymore, because now you are a gold digger. You're shifting this identity into a new perspective, shifting this identity into a new perspective, and the amazing part is that neuroscience also shows this right, that your brain wires faster when your identity matches your actions. I really, really love that.
Speaker 1:I think it's very, very important for us to remember that, if you start to see yourself as a woman who honors her commitment, and one that every action really, really is intentional and you're being on point with your goals, actually right. This, what really helps you, is because you're seeing and doing what you said you were going to do, and let's make this very clear I'm not talking about pushing yourself harder or not being intentional, but being strategic, and what I mean by strategic is that you're working in a reverse cycle, in reverse engineering cycle. In reverse engineering, you're really focusing on the end goal and where you want to be, because you know that, in order to be that woman who makes it happen, you need to do a few inner work. Elements, my loves. These are inner work things that you need to focus on, and here's the fierce truth. And your goals are not separate from you. These are literally an extension of you and they're born through you. So let's not, you know, go there of treating them like a to-do list and start treating them like a destiny, treating them like a to-do list and start treating them like a destiny. This is when the mic drops my loves, because you are a high value woman who chases these goals, but you're actually crushing them. You're not just chasing the dream, you're becoming the dream, and I love how that sounded.
Speaker 1:Sometimes you get inspirations out of nowhere and you just talk and talk, and that's why I love podcasts, because you can talk and express and really share your knowledge without having a script in place. You know, of course, you always have these bullet points for you to stay on track, but it just brings you alive and it brings your thoughts to the online space, and I love that. I really love that. So the third part is having these systems protected, and the first two I spoke about. Let me see the first part was the old way versus the gold diggers way, and the second part is the identity shift that I just mentioned, entering this amazing main character, energy one where you really focus on your identity and helping you with these amazing goals on becoming the gold digger. And the third part is having systems and processes that protect your energy. Okay, let's talk a little bit about this, because a gold digger really sets the tone right. She protects her energy like it's sacred currency, because, at the end of the day, we all know that it is and, as we know I mentioned this multiple times and I'll keep mentioning it because it's very important I learned this lesson the very, very hard way.
Speaker 1:The years I tried to outwork burnout, I mean, I lost everything. Two and a half years of not being myself and entering this depression era and high functioning anxiety that I couldn't take myself out. All of this really really took a toll, and because I thought success required me to sacrifice my nervous system, I knew that I was completely out of balance. But now I know that should not have happened if I had systems and processes in place. That's why I'm trying to save you the headache and the trauma that comes with this by being a gold digger and not falling into the cracks of your old self, of being scattered and whatnot.
Speaker 1:Okay, so you're not just setting these goals, you're building systems that keep you focused and on fleek Simple as that. You're being focused and on fleek on your goals. You are being resourced Because you are in alignment with what you said you're going to do, and for me, that's really really blocking deep work. That's a non-negotiable. You have these amazing goals. You have amazing morning rituals that you follow. But blocking time is part of a gold digger's plan and I talk about this a lot and it's very important when you do the deep work in order for you to really really center the time of you know, going through your goals and delegating accordingly. But also, being your own boss is not easy. It's not for the weak, but also staying true to your identity and all of these tools helps you simplify and stay accountable with your goals.
Speaker 1:And the most amazing part of this is that I created my own quarterly planner because I noticed that I purchased so many planners planners but my ADHD brain was not having it. So I created my own planner and it's called, of course, the gold diggers game plan and I love it. I love it because I know that it's a game changer, because I was so tired of using planners that didn't match the way I work. I mean, it was just too fluffy or it was too generic, too focused on productivity, without honoring my energy and my time and my ADHD brain. But not only that. I was thinking, if I'm going through this, many other humans are also going through this, so I wanted to protect energy of the goddesses, of course, so I created my own. I built it my own, and it's a planner that helps you regulate your nervous system and rewire your brain for wealth, a planner that actually gets you to finish what you started, and I love that.
Speaker 1:It took me two months to finish it, but it was just back and forth with the designer because I really wanted to go through it myself for a month to see how it goes and what I can change or and I made some small modifications on how I wanted to see it every day. Here's your truth, my loves you have to protect your same as you protect your child. Actually, yeah, because you have to remain focused and this is what I call fierce focus Be really, really, really demanding on protecting this energy, protecting your non-negotiables and I don't make jokes about this, because going through a burnout really opened my eyes and made me realize that life is too short for you not to be who you want to be, for you not to take care of your energy, for you not to focus on your non-negotiables.
